Thoroseal, 50 lb gray foundation coating, cement based powdered coating, mixed with water, or acryl 60 & water, to waterproof exterior below grade concrete & masonry, applied with push broom or 6" masonry brush, comes in dry powder form, must add Acryl 60 to achieve peak product performance.
